I dreamed that I was working for the Kuomintang (KMT). Because I often follow international news, I noticed that the United States was constantly discussing the development of the Taiwan People's Party (TPP), unlike the news in Taiwan, which was mainly focused on Ko Wen-je's issues. The U.S. coverage seemed to focus on broader topics like the potential impact of the disappearance of third-party forces and how it could affect Taiwan's political landscape.
In the dream, I was in a multi-story parking garage looking for my car. I remember it being daytime because the sun was shining. As I walked through the garage, the scene shifted, and I found myself in an office.
I recall that the KMT and TPP shared the same workplace. As I was working for the KMT, I passed by Huang Shan-shan's desk and said, "Shan-shan!" She looked up, and I mentioned that international news outlets were currently racing to cover the situation of the TPP. Foreign experts were analyzing the impact on Taiwan's political scene from a broader perspective.
I thought that since there was increasing international attention on the TPP, it could use this opportunity for promotion. It’s a great marketing opportunity, gaining natural publicity without needing to buy ads, and could help regain control of their messaging. Personally, I felt it was a valuable chance for the TPP to spread its ideals globally.
As I shared my thoughts with Huang Shan-shan, a male assistant from the TPP overheard and seemed surprised since I was from the KMT. My perspective probably differed from theirs, which made the situation a bit awkward for them.
I said, "Actually, since I’m a member of the KMT, I was hesitant about whether I should share this with you. But I believe it’s good for the country, so I wanted to let you know. This is a rare opportunity for the TPP to strengthen itself."
Huang Shan-shan agreed to look into it, while the other TPP members continued chatting casually about trivial things like bubble tea flavors and lunch options.
The scene then shifted to a joint meeting between our two offices, where we gathered for a committee meeting. A man announced, "We’re going to promote an initiative called 'Do Good Deeds, Speak Kind Words,' so let’s stop the bickering."
Since they were starting the meeting, I went to the restroom. It was a bit dirty, so I wiped the seat before using it. While I was in there, I overheard discussions outside about the "Do Good Deeds, Speak Kind Words" campaign.
Suddenly, someone knocked on the door, and I responded, "Occupied." But they kept knocking, and I repeated, "Occupied," becoming a bit annoyed. Eventually, I heard someone outside say, "Oh, someone’s in there." Meanwhile, the office outside was lively, like they were hosting an event. The committee leader kept promoting, "Let’s all do good deeds and speak kind words, okay?" The entire office was buzzing with the campaign.
I couldn't help but think that I always view things from a broader perspective. If people noticed my abilities, my promotion should be swift! I thought I should find ways to make my skills more known, to impress people and introduce myself more. That way, when opportunities arise, they would think of me and recommend me.
夢見我在國民黨上班。因為我都會關注國際新聞，我注意到美國一直在討論民眾黨的發展，不像台灣這邊新聞只放在柯文哲的案件上。美國看國際新聞會著眼在討論第三政黨勢力消滅，會如何影響台灣的政治生態等問題。
然後我在一個立體停車場裡，要找我的車子。我在停車場裡走。我記得是白天，因為有太陽。走著走著，就變成我在辦公室裡。
我記得夢裡國民黨跟民眾黨在同一個工作地點。我在國民黨上班，我經過黃珊珊座位的時候，我跟她說：「珊珊啊！」她抬起頭來，我說我看國外新聞，現在正好都在爭相報導民眾黨的狀況，國外專家用宏觀視野來分析對台灣政局的影響。
我覺得既然國外對民眾黨現在有更多的關注，民眾黨可以利用這機會來宣傳，是一個很好的行銷方式。不需要投放廣告，就有自然人流，可以藉此拉回行銷宣傳的主導權。我個人覺得這是一個很好的機會，來宣揚民眾黨的理念到全世界。
當我在跟黃珊珊分享我的想法時，旁邊剛好有位民眾黨的男助理，他有點愣住，因為我是國民黨的人。然後可能我的視野跟他們不太一樣，讓他們的立場有點尷尬。
我說：「其實因為我是國民黨員，我本來還在掙扎說要不要跟你們講。我覺得這對國家都是好事，所以把它提出來，讓你知道一下。這是難得的機會，民眾黨可以把握來壯大自己。」
黃珊珊說好，她來注意一下。然後其他民眾黨的人繼續在辦公室瞎聊，像是珍珠奶茶喝什麼，便當吃什麼，這些小不拉嘰的問題。
然後場景切換到我們兩邊辦公室，聚在一起開福委會議。有個男生宣佈：「我們現在要來推行一個運動，就是『做好事，說好話』，大家不要再罵來罵去。」
因為他們要開會，我就先去上廁所。廁所有點髒，上廁所前我先擦一下坐板上的尿液，同時聽到外面大談「做好事，說好話」運動。
這時候突然有人來敲門，我回應：「有人。」然後有人繼續敲門，我又回應：「有人。」就是有人一直來敲門，我回應的有點煩。後來我聽到外面有人說：「喔！裡面有人。」外頭辦公室像是辦活動很熱鬧。反正我就一直聽到主委不斷宣傳：「我們大家一起來做好事、說好話，好不好？」整個辦公室沸沸揚揚，都在宣傳。
我不禁想，其實我都是從宏觀的角度來看事情。如果有人注意到我，我的晉升應該要很快啊！我在想應該要想辦法讓更多人知道我的能力，引起大家的驚豔，要多多介紹我自己，讓更多人知道我。如此未來若有什麼機會，就會想起我，並引薦我。
