I dreamt that I took my daughter to attend a summer camp at Dharma Drum Mountain in Jinshan.
I shared a room with five other sisters. After we put our luggage down in the room, I took my daughter downstairs to gather.
One of the sisters reminded me that there were activities every evening. Initially, I thought we could have free time to explore Jinshan Street after the classes during the day. However, she told me that they had arranged evening activities and would take everyone to the beach.
The sister then asked if I knew that we had to clean up after class every day. I replied that I didn't know; I only knew that our group was responsible for a major cleanup after class on Thursday. She realized I hadn't received the schedule and said she would give me the information later.
The sister noticed two Dharma Drum Mountain charms hanging from my bag. One had a flat, round tag with a thick chain hanging below it, and the other had a thin chain that looked like tassels.
She asked if I knew the meaning of these charms. I said I didn't; they were gifts, and I wasn't aware of any special significance. I asked her to explain.
The sister said the chains had a special way of winding, and according to what she had heard from a master, they represented the cycle of life, with each loop having a specific meaning.
She explained a lot, but I couldn't remember everything. She said it was okay and that she would send me a video later that would explain everything. I agreed.
Since I was the group leader, I wanted to quickly return to the room and inform my group members about the schedule changes so we could act collectively.
After climbing one flight of stairs, I felt exhausted and decided to take the elevator instead. However, I found that the elevator was at the end of the corridor, which was even farther. Then I remembered there was a hidden elevator in the stairwell. But by the time I found the stairwell, I realized I was almost there and decided to save energy by continuing to climb the stairs.
In the stairwell, I greeted an elderly brother and continued climbing until I finally reached our room.
The room was chaotic, filled with people, both men and women, and luggage scattered everywhere. I told everyone about the daily cleaning and evening activities.
As I was about to leave, someone came in asking for help with taking photos, adding to the chaos.
I then realized it was 1:30 PM, the gathering time, and told everyone to hurry downstairs. At that moment, I noticed I couldn't find my bag!
It was a white woven mesh backpack. I panicked. I saw another bag of mine, with my wallet inside. I thought whoever took my backpack wasn't after money.
I continued to think, "My phone, driver's license, and passport are with me, so there weren't any valuables in the backpack. It must just be misplaced somewhere."
While searching for my backpack, I realized everyone had already gathered downstairs, and I was still in the room, making me anxious.
I called out, "Is anyone still here?" My daughter replied, "I'm in the bathroom." I reassured her, "Okay, I'll wait for you." I kept searching for my backpack but couldn't find it.
I asked my daughter if my backpack was in the bathroom, and she said she didn't see it and told me to check myself later. After she finished, I went into the bathroom but still couldn't find my backpack.
The room was cluttered with luggage. It was already past 1:30 PM, and everyone was gathered downstairs. As the group leader, I was the least punctual, and I still hadn't found my backpack. I wondered what to do.
I had come out to have fun, attend classes, adjust everyone's cleaning schedule, and lead group activities in the evening, but now I couldn't find my backpack, making me feel nervous and disoriented.
Then I remembered that a few brothers had come over earlier, and I had helped them open the door and take photos. I wondered if I had put my backpack down while taking photos, and if it was still in that room. I decided to quickly check that room.
