Preparing to Say 'I Do!' 準備結婚啦！

Dreamt that I was getting married, to a friend named Wayne whom I didn't know well. As the wedding approached, I felt increasingly anxious and worried. His mother came to see me, but only exchanged simple greetings without saying much.

Being an opera performer, I was juggling rehearsals for "Miss Saigon" and another play. Amidst a mix of unsettling emotions, during rehearsals, I found myself crying backstage, feeling deeply sorrowful. Others wondered if I was being overly dramatic or theatrical.

Confiding in friends, I confessed my uncertainty about why I had agreed to the marriage. They comforted me, saying that life is like a drama, and advised me not to overthink it.

While backstage, munching on my favorite strawberry gum, the more I thought, the more unsettled I became, and tears started flowing again.

Quietly, Wayne approached me and said, "I heard you're feeling anxious." I replied, "Yes!" and asked him about his certainty regarding the wedding.

With a calm voice, he said he knew what he wanted and was sure of his choice. He also told me that his favorite gum was another kind, white mint flavor. He asked if I wanted to try it, and I agreed.

Then I told him I still had two pieces of strawberry gum, which I chew when I'm feeling down. He chuckled, saying that regardless of his mood, he always sticks to his white mint gum.

I noticed he had four white gums. He gave me two and took my two strawberry ones.

Wayne continued, saying that from now on, whether happy or sad, he had figured out how to live with me. I asked about his mother, and he said there were no issues, his mom would listen to him, and I shouldn't worry.

Wayne smiled at me and said, "We'll be just fine." Suddenly, my heart felt calm. I thought, "Then let's get ready for the wedding!"

Then, the scene transitions to another setting, perhaps with reporters or friends interviewing me about my decision to get married...

夢見我要結婚了，對象是一位不熟的朋友 Wayne。距離婚禮的時間越近，就越是感到不安與擔心。他母親有來看我，但只是簡單打招呼，沒有講什麼。

我的工作是歌劇演員，有參與西貢小姐與另一齣戲劇的演出。因為混雜著許多不安的情緒，當進行排演時，我在後台傷心地大哭，大家覺得我是不是太人戲或太戲劇化了。

我跟朋友說我真的不知為何會答應結婚。他們安慰我說人生如戲吧！要我不要想太多。

我在後台吃著喜愛的草莓口香糖，越想越不安，又開始哭了起來。

Wayne 悄悄來到我身邊，「我聽說你感到不安。」我說「對啊！」並反問他對這婚禮的確定性。

他用平穩的聲音說他知道自己要什麼，也很確定自己的選擇。他還告訴我，他最喜歡吃的口香糖，是另一種白色薄荷口味口香糖。問我要不要試試，我說好。

然後我告訴他，我還有兩顆草莓口香糖，說我心情不好的時候，就是吃這個。他笑說不論他心情好與壞，都是吃他那個白色薄荷口香糖。

我看到他有四顆白色口香糖。他把兩顆給我，然後就拿走我的兩顆草莓口香糖。

Wayne 接著說，從今以後不論開心不開心，他都已經想好要怎麼跟我過日子。我問他那媽媽那邊怎麼樣，他說沒問題，媽媽會聽他的意見，要我不要擔心。

Wayne 微笑看著我說「我們會好好的過日子。」突然間，我的心好像安定下來。 我想：那就準備結婚啦！

然後切換到另一個場景。大概是有記者或是有朋友訪問我，對這次決定結婚的看法...
