I dreamed of an aunt who resembled a traditional housewife and appeared rather plain. At an event, she proposed a design project and needed volunteers to join.
I thought her idea was great, so I actively used my connections to help her find people. Gradually, volunteers started joining. Eventually, she felt there were enough people, and these volunteers began introducing others. At that point, I could tell she wanted to distance herself from me and no longer needed me in her team.
Initially, I felt somewhat sad and even a bit angry, thinking she was ungrateful. But then I changed my perspective. After all, it was about helping others. I had helped her get started by finding people, and whether the project succeeded or not wasn't as important to me anymore.
When I shifted my mindset, I felt more at ease and didn't feel the need to be part of the team, believing that I had to play a certain role or achieve something significant to truly participate. I realized that there are many ways to contribute and I didn't need to cling to this particular point.
I continued thinking, "Leading a team isn't easy either!" A team needs cohesion and collective effort. If there are too many opinions, it’s hard to get things done.
夢見有一個像是傳統家庭主婦的阿姨，看來其貌不揚。在一個場合中，她提出一個設計專案，需要有志願者加入。
我覺得她的理念很棒，就主動透過我的人脈幫她找人，陸續也有志願者加入。後來大概她覺得人夠了，而且這些人還會再介紹別人加入。那個時候，我看得出來她想要擺脫我，不再需要我在她的團隊裡。
剛開始我本來覺得有些難過，甚至有點生氣，覺得她忘恩負義。但後來我就轉個念，反正都是助人，我幫她起個頭找了人，接下來成事是不是在我，已經不那麼重要了。
當我轉念這樣子想的時候，就比較釋懷，也不會執著說一定要在這團隊裡面，認為一定要擔任什麼樣的角色，或是一定要做出什麼樣的大事業，才是真心參與。我在想參與的方法也可以很多元，不必執著在這個點上。
我繼續想：「帶領一個團隊也不容易啊！」團隊要有向心力，要集結眾人力量一起做。若意見太多，也不易成事。
