I had a dream where my colleague and I were about to have a meeting with someone from Bank of Taiwan, and my husband (who had become my ex-husband in the dream) mentioned he would bring our son and daughter over at 12:30.
Time was tight because of the meeting, so I initially thought about delaying it. But when I went upstairs, I saw my son and daughter had already arrived and were playing mischievously. I played with them for a while before going back downstairs to prepare the meeting room for the representatives of Bank of Taiwan.
While I was waiting in the meeting room, my daughter came downstairs, but I didn’t see my son. I rushed upstairs to look for him, calling his name, but there was no response.
My ex-husband appeared, blaming me for leaving the children alone upstairs. I was extremely worried, thinking someone might have taken him, as someone mentioned they thought they saw someone take him away.
Fortunately, the housekeeper brought my son back safely, which was a huge relief. After that, I hurried to finish preparing for the Taiwan Bank meeting.
It seemed like our house had its own meeting room, and my ex-husband helped me arrange the tables and chairs as we waited for the clients to arrive.
Two female bank employees arrived first, and I had a sense that I’d seen them before. They mentioned they were returning some electronics to me. They were very polite, taking off their shoes at the door and switching to slippers. I guided them to the meeting room and took the electronics from them to store them.
Then, a male employee arrived, wearing a hoodie and looking a bit worn out. He sat down as well, and we were still waiting for one more person to start the meeting.
While waiting, we engaged in small talk. On our side, aside from me, there was Tony.
Tony seemed a bit frustrated, complaining that the terms of the contract were unreasonable. He didn’t understand why our company had to station personnel at Taiwan Bank. The bank’s employees explained that it was part of the contract.
I tried to smooth things over, saying that Taiwan Bank occasionally needed our technical staff to assist. Then, I mentioned that today the bank had an issue with someone not paying, and they needed someone to act as the "bad guy" to collect the debt. So, we sent a technician to pretend to be the debt collector. (Wait, how did our tech staff become debt collectors?)
Tony asked, "Did they collect the money?" Just as another male colleague walked in and said, "Of course not! But we still have to act as the bad guys to help Taiwan Bank collect debts, as per the contract."
I thought to myself, this contract really is quite strange. Fortunately, the work is rotational, and not every branch has difficult customers. We just assist whichever branch needs help that day.
We continued waiting for the last Taiwan Bank representative to arrive before starting the meeting. In the meantime, everyone in the meeting room kept chatting.
The two female employees seemed very familiar to me. They were really nice, but I just couldn’t remember their names.
夢見我和同事要和台銀的人開會，我前夫 (在夢裡老公變前夫) 說 12 點半要把兒子女兒送過來。
其實時間有點緊，因為我們要和台銀開會。本想延時間，但我到樓上，看到兒子女兒已經來到，很調皮在玩耍，就陪他們玩了一下。然後我回到樓下，整理要和台銀開會的會議室。
我在會議室等台銀的人。女兒到樓下來，我沒看到兒子。我衝上樓去找兒子，沒看到人。我急著一直喊他，沒人回應。
前夫出現，怪我怎麼把小孩單獨留在樓上。我很急，想說是不是被別人接走了，因為有人說好像看到有人接走他。
後來還好家裡的阿姨把兒子接回來，送到我這裡。弄得我好緊張啊！還好沒事。接著我就趕快來準備和台銀開會的事。
感覺我們家就有一間會議室，前夫一起幫我整理桌椅，就等客戶來到。
來了兩位女行員，感覺我以前就見過她們，她們說順便還我電器。她們很有禮貌，拖了鞋進門。換了拖鞋，我引導她們先到會議室坐，順便把她們手上的電器接過來收好。
又來了一位男行員。他穿著連帽外套，看來風塵僕僕。他也坐了下來，我們還要再等一個人。
我們雙方閒聊。我們公司代表方除了我之外，還有 Tony。
Tony 有點在抱怨，覺得這個合約內容不合理。他認為為何我們公司一定要派人員派駐在台銀工作。台銀的人說這就是合約的規定啊！
我幫忙緩頰說因為台銀三不五時都需要像我們這樣的技術人員幫忙。然後我就提到台銀今天就碰到有人不付錢，需要有人充當壞人去收帳，我們就派工程師，假裝壞人去收錢。(咦？怎麼技術人員變討債人員？)
Tony 問：「那收到錢了嗎？」剛好另一位男同事進來，他說當然沒收到啊！只是我們還是要照合約，充當壞人去幫台銀收帳。
我心想這個合約還真的蠻奇怪的。還好工作是輪調性質，不是每個分行都有壞客人。反正看當日派駐的分行有什麼事需要我們的協助，我們就要去幫助他們。
我們繼續等台銀最後一位代表來到才能開會。反正我們就在會議室，大家繼續閒聊。
那兩位女行員，我一直覺得很眼熟，很好的人，但想不起來她們的名字。
