I dreamed that I was attending an activity organized by a religious group. We were seated in a circle, and a master was in the center, giving a talk.
The master mentioned that volunteers were needed to help with tasks. In the past, I would have volunteered proactively, but this time, I stayed silent. Suddenly, the master asked if I could help with clerical work.
While I was still thinking about it, the master asked, "Do you know where the clerical office is?" I replied, "Of course! It’s on the side of the stairs as you come up." The master looked puzzled and asked, "Where are the stairs?" I said, "The stairs I just came up from, over there!"
I peeked out and realized, "Wait! There are no stairs here!" Feeling confused, I wondered, "Could I have mistaken this place for Lin Kou Bamboo Grove Monastery?" Then, on second thought, I realized, "No, this isn’t Bamboo Grove Monastery either!" I was perplexed and unsure where I thought I was.
The master then said, "The clerical office is in this very room!" I replied, "Oh~," which likely signified my agreement to help.
The scene then shifted, and I found myself in a building that felt like a temple. However, it was very dark and dim. I saw someone on-site carving a Buddha statue. He was using a hammer and file, working directly on a piece of dark wood or metal. I thought, "Wow! Carving on-site like this requires great skill. What if he makes a mistake or damages it?"
I began walking along the temple’s corridor and came across a staircase. It seemed to lead up to the main hall. On the right side of the stairs was a courtyard with a large central pillar, which had a Buddha statue carved into it. The figure resembled a guardian deity and was cylindrical in shape. I thought, "Wow! Was this carved directly on-site too? That’s incredible!"
Then I wondered, "Huh? Why is there a Buddha statue in the middle of the courtyard stairs?" It reminded me of the concept of an Earth God. I thought the design was unique and something I hadn’t seen before. After that, I left the temple.

法師說「文書室就在這個房間裡啊！」我回「喔～」大概就是同意幫忙的意思。
然後場景變成我來到一個建築物，感覺這是一間寺院，可是它好暗好黑喔！我看到一個人在現場雕刻佛像。他拿個槌子跟銼刀，現場雕刻一個深色的木頭或是金屬。因為是現場雕刻，我心想「哇！現場雕刻這功夫得要很好，因為如果弄壞了或雕錯了怎麼辦？」
我開始在廟裡沿著廊道走，看到一個樓梯，往上像是通往大殿。樓梯右側是個中庭，中間有一根大圓柱，上面刻了一個佛像。衪看來有點像是守護神，也是圓筒型。我心想「哇！這個也是現場直接刻上去的嗎？那也太厲害了吧！」
接著我又想「欸？為什麼樓梯中庭中間要有一個佛像呢？」感覺衪像是土地公的概念。我心想沒看過這樣的設計，後來我就離開了。
